Before:
No sun exposure or spray tanning for 1 week prior.
Do not take Aspirin, Baby Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, or Ibuprofen 48 hours before the procedure and Fish Oil 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
No coffee or alcohol for 24 hours prior to the procedure.
After:
No saunas, steam rooms, or swimming pools for 1 week. Avoid smoke, dust, dirt, and debris for 7 days.
No sun exposure for 2 weeks.
No tinting, chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser, or botox for 3 weeks.
No makeup or cosmetics on treated area for 10 days.
As the area heals, a light pigment film will form after 4-7 days. It will become dry and itchy. DO NOT peel or flake off any of the areas that are peeling.

The outlined pre- and post-procedure guidelines seem comprehensive, ensuring optimal healing and results. However, one must consider the psychological aspects of adhering to such rules. For instance, the mention of King Billy indicates a persona that might find it challenging to maintain strict adherence. This raises questions about personal discipline and the influence of lifestyle choices on recovery.
